yellow = indifferent and sligthly positive ratings

green = most users like it

blue = someone visited it, but no one rated it

grey = new entry, nobody has looked at it

Rate good tell me that its OK for your expectation or

that its OK for someone with another idea

Rate bad tell me that it is work obviously inappropriate to be cited in this resource

No link tell me that the PubMed page does not provide a

valid link to the online document.

I will check the problem manually and put

a direct link to the .html which will open the

PDF. I will not hotlink to PDF since

publishers depend on advertisments to get

the hybird/open Open Access running.

I want to support Open Access, not to ruin

it for users convenience.
