Results: The overall objective response was 62% in the VBMCP regimen and 68% in the VBMCP + HiCy + IFN group. The near complete response (NCR) and complete response (CR) rates were 8.1% and 8.9%, respectively. Progression-free survival (PFS) was 22.1 and 25.3 months, respectively. The median overall survival (OS) for patients treated with VBMCP was 37.1 months and 41.3 months for those treated with VBMCP + HiCy + IFN (P=0.38).
