Uterine rupture in the first trimester is a rare but life-threatening condition
that must be ruled out in an otherwise hemodynamically stable patient with
complex free fluid in the abdomen. Early identification of placenta accreta
spectrum is key to provide adequate treatment and minimize mortality.
