The disease severity was mild in two patients with normal CD4+ T count. However, one patient with a low CD4+T count died and the other developed retinal detachment one month after discharge. The deceased patient had a malignancy. ; Conclusion: In this study, the effect of the immunological status of the patients on the course of COVID-19 and the developing vascular complications was evaluated in 4 patients with HIV.
