Purpose: The general outline of the Metatextbook has been described in http://www.aerzteblatt.de/archiv/122739.

Now, the Bibliographies and Medline search terms of the selected free available review articles with all areas of Nephrology will be presented.

Methods: Background programming in Visual Basic, Scripts in HTML/PHP, Databases in MySQL, rental serval capacity, manual selection at Title List aspect on whole PubMed output searching any x daterange x extended review filter. The single Bibliographies of major nephrological impact will be run with individual search terms displayed. Non-Medline Journals of specific Nephrological orientation which are available as hybrids or open Journals will be included. Whole list of free and hybrid Journals ist displayed on www.suchbuch.com/openlist.html.

Results: Ressource will be accessed by entry www.kidney.de/N.html to reach the nephrological section via a memorable link. Screen shots show functionality.

Conclusion: This is the absolute bottom project to show the barrier free accessible review articles in Nephrology. Its contents should be expanded to include primary research papers and, especially, input from the Nephrology Community. Its main character is and will be that of a humanized knowledge base of the scientific aspects of nephrology. Major users are encouraged to provide their personal collections of papers which they rate as appropriate to be included in this resource. Critieria should be actual impact or essential question or very well done or presented work or contributor's preference. The availability restriction cannot be maintained on the Communitie's contributions.
