We evaluated the postsurgical anatomy and complications of surgical options including Whipple, Puestow, Frey's, and Beger's procedures. CONCLUSIONS: Knowledge of postsurgical anatomy is important to avoid misdiagnosing expected anatomy as complications on CT examinations.
